Last Sunday, Kun Yi Yi went to Singapore and stayed at our house for five days. I did not go out with her and my mother on Sunday because I wanted to rest and I knew that my aunt always went out shopping for many hours. On Wednesday, my aunt and my family went to Jack’s Place to have our dinner. This was the first time my family went there. I looked at the menu but I did not know what to eat. As my brother had something on, so he left first without eating dinner. In the end, my aunt chose the lemon fish chips for me. Also, this was the first time I ate the snails and the lamb chop. I think I was not used to eating those weird stuff because I nearly wanted to throw up. After that, we went walk around the Anchor Point there. Recently, I borrowed a book from my uncle. It has 100 ways to teach people on how to motivate others. Find this book particularly useful. As for my work, I have been assigned to do the printing the plans as the uncle who does the job has applied for leave. That means I have to do one more task. Also, on Wednesday, I was asked to show the auditor about the company’s stock. I was so nervous then. Luckily, one of my colleagues helped me to entertain the auditor and explained to her about the some stocks. From this experience, I learnt how to deal with the questions that are being asked by the auditor. I believe that I will do better in future. |
