This Monday, my boss asked me whether if I wanted to go to Malacca for two days after the National Day. So I thought since I have never been there before, so I agreed. Anyway, the other four China colleagues will also be coming. And he also asked me if I was able to take care one of my guy colleague if he came. It was because all the China colleagues are girls and I am the only guy so I said ok. And because of this, I need to go to renew my passport today in which I had to take ½ day leave. When I went there, the officer said that I had to go there personally again to collect the new passport. I really hate to take leave because I do not like the feeling of being away from the office and then come back to work. Maybe I am just too responsible for my work, like what others say “workaholic”. As for my work, I am getting tired of it. It is because of the stress given to me. Sometimes, I would feel afraid to approach Serene because she has the kind of fierce looks. All my colleagues have the same kind of feeling because she would scold at us whenever we make little mistakes. And also I have so many things to do, so I don’t know which work does first. Wait, if I do this first, she will ask me why I do not do that first. So this is the reason why I am feeling tired and afraid for all these month. I am not saying bad things about her but I just wanted to get it off my chest. I understand her reasons for scolding us because she wants to do the best in whatever we do. Just like my boss always say, does not let others look down on us and prove that, we, handicapped people will also be able to do the same things as normal people. Today, I went to play with Roy very early as I do not need to work. I bought the ping pong net and use it when we played. |

Last Sunday, Kun Yi Yi went to Singapore and stayed at our house for five days. I did not go out with her and my mother on Sunday because I wanted to rest and I knew that my aunt always went out shopping for many hours. On Wednesday, my aunt and my family went to Jack’s Place to have our dinner. This was the first time my family went there. I looked at the menu but I did not know what to eat. As my brother had something on, so he left first without eating dinner. In the end, my aunt chose the lemon fish chips for me. Also, this was the first time I ate the snails and the lamb chop. I think I was not used to eating those weird stuff because I nearly wanted to throw up. After that, we went walk around the Anchor Point there. Recently, I borrowed a book from my uncle. It has 100 ways to teach people on how to motivate others. Find this book particularly useful. As for my work, I have been assigned to do the printing the plans as the uncle who does the job has applied for leave. That means I have to do one more task. Also, on Wednesday, I was asked to show the auditor about the company’s stock. I was so nervous then. Luckily, one of my colleagues helped me to entertain the auditor and explained to her about the some stocks. From this experience, I learnt how to deal with the questions that are being asked by the auditor. I believe that I will do better in future. |

It has been quite a while since I wrote a blog. It is because it is like nothing to share with u guys. Recently, there has not been overtime for me because there is lesser work to do. So it is quite relaxing for me. I started to get used to the working life and the stress and the pressure given by others and myself like emotionless to me now. But of course, when it comes to learning new things in the work, I will automatically feel the pressure. Like recently, I have been asked to do the stock taking. At first, I thought it will be like a peanut to me, like count the number of things only. But I never expected that actually it takes a lot of time and effort to count them, especially when the items are small or put in many places. Frankly speaking, they never teach me anything on how to do the stock-taking so I do not really know how to do. But the biggest problem is that I do not recognize most the item’s name and where the items or machines put. Anyway, I now roughly know the names and the places the items are being put. And now, I have to wait for the auditor to come to check the financial year. Today, I went with my mother to City Hall. We have not gone out for so long. We bought many things and I paid for the most of the things. Just now, I withdrew the money which is for the next month. I bought one pair of working shoe and now I still got a lot of things to buy. But one problem is that I have no money. I guess I have to wait for the next month to buy the things I want. |
