Yesterday, I went to my grandma’s house to play with Roy and I stayed there until 8. It was because my whole family was out. My parents went to watch the Fong Fei Fei’s concert and she was my father’s idol since he was young. This was the first time he went to her concert and able to see the real person. And of course, my brother went for his concert performance. I had wanted to go with Roy to watch his concert, but we did not really know how to get to the place. In fact, I did not really want to go, because I did not know how to appreciate the concert and probably, in the end, I may fall asleep during the performance. Today, my brother and I went to watch the movie “The Twilight”. At first, I thought that the movie would be very interesting like the Harry Potter movie. And my brother told me that the story was about the vampires and it was the best selling book for the year. But in the end, the movie was a little bit dry and boring although, there were some exciting scenes towards the end of the show. And I was looking forward for those scary scenes but there were none. Also, there was no subtitle showing on the screen which makes me hard to understand as I am not really used to the American’s speaking. But, at least, I understand about 60% of the things they were saying and understood the whole story. I heard that the movie got many seasons just like Harry Potter. Hope that next season would be much better. |
