This week has been exciting week for me, especially in my work. It was because I finally can touch on other tasks rather than those “irritating” newspaper. At the same time, my workload is getting heavier. But I am sure that I was more than happy than getting upset. On Tuesday, my boss and his son took me to URA which is located at Tanjong Pagar. I was expected to go there twice a week to transfer those data to the hard disk in the morning. After that, I will go to work and take the data to my boss’s son. Then on Wednesday, the lady boss asked me to go over to the other side of the factory. She told me that I will be learning to key in the invoices into the computer. And one lady (I believe she is a staff there, because I never see her before) taught me how to use the accounting software. I was excited as this was the thing that I always wanted to do since young…only that I could not get into the accountancy course last time because I accidentally study the wrong subject which pulled my O’ level grade and the subject was accounting. She only taught me half an hour only and I finished learning because I think it is too easy for me. Then yesterday, I was asked to key in all the company’s invoices. At first, I made a lot of mistakes and I have been asking the lady boss questions. But after quite a while, I became used to it and felt happier as I was keying in the invoices…haha…I must be siao le. But today, I finished keying in the invoices quite fast and went back to do the same old jobs. |
