Yesterday, my whole family went to the nearby shopping center, Queensway Shopping Centre. My brother wanted to buy a new spectacle as his spectacle has spoilt for 3 years and my mother has been promising him to buy a new one but she kept delaying for so long. When my brother went to check his eye, I took one spectacle and wore. Wah…I looked like so si wen…haha…pai lei. And we three actually watched how my father persuaded the shop owner to lower down his price. I have never known that my father is actually so pro when it comes to killing the price and I am starting to admire my father. Then we went to shop around and my mother bought some clothes for me and my brother. Wah…so Kiasu…still got 4 month before Chinese New Year arrive…we already bought some…haha. After that, I went to my grandma’s house to play with Wei Jian. I was so impressed of him, because his exams was tomorrow and he still had time to play with me. He was watching the show “Mind ur language” in the internet. My uncle said the show was nice but I don’t think so. It was because I don’t like to watch the English show. Then while Wei Jian and I were playing the Chinese Chess, I heard my aunt was saying to him that Jovin was actually earning about $200++ for working 2 days. At that time, after hearing about these words, I suddenly felt that I was so useless. I work for a month, only earn about $500 but she worked for only 2 days, her salary is half of mine. I did not know why I suddenly had this thought. Today, my mother and I went to Tiong Bahru. She bought me 2 working T-shirt and then she also bought herself a dress. Haha…it seems that every time I went to Tiong Bahru, there are surely got new shops opening. After that, we went home and went to Ntuc. I also went to jog as normal. |
